As an endurance coach, my passion is to guide people towards their true potential. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations, and goals. My method is to build custom plans based on your sport, experience level, schedule, and, most importantly, your goals. I aim to transform your body and mind to make you the best athlete you can become.

Chris has mastered coaching for endurance events. I've had to trust the process many times slowing down in order to run faster and and it's paid off. Competing in events that have so much variety I have loved having a coach balance all the aspects for me. I've also appreciated times when Chris told me I needed an extra couple of days rest and helped me recognize when emotional stress also had effects on my training.
Chris has a ton of knowledge that I've learned so much from. I've accomplished so much more than I ever dreamed of and I owe it to Chris. He always knew I could do more even when I didn't believe it. I'm forever grateful to him!

I started working with Coach Chris after graduating college and looking for the next step in my running and OCR career. Working with him over the past few years has been awesome for improving my race performance, tackling my first ultramarathon, qualifying and racing at the Boston marathon, and hitting podiums and PR’s at a variety of OCR and trail races. He not only helps me prep for race day, but brings in a wealth of knowledge on improving overall aerobic capacity, strength training, nutrition, recovery, and makes sure I get the most out of my training.
Last year I decided I wanted to get in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’ve been an outdoor enthusiast my whole life, surfing, snowboarding, and mountaineering. As busy work and family life has made it impossible to get out as often as I’d like to keep in shape for all those sports, I needed to do something new. I had never trained in a gym, or worked a real program, so I knew I had to find a pro to guide me. I have dealt with some injuries in the past, so it was paramount to find someone who would know how to rehab and avoid further injury. After only nine months of training with Chris, I am performing at a higher level in every way; and I am in some of the best shape of my life, at age 45. I’m surfing and snowboarding at a higher performance level than when I was 20. His instruction and extensive training knowledge has been the foundation of my growth in strength and endurance.
